SQUASH BLOSSOM is one of the most representative Indian necklace pendants. It is neither an eagle nor a feather. It originated from the colonists of the American continent in the 19th century. It was inspired by the shape of pomegranate flowers on the Spanish people. Later, it was inspired by the local Indian staple food. Pumpkins develop longer pumpkin-shaped beads. CHOOKE, our favorite Indian silver jewelry artist, not only follows the oldest COIN SILVER silvermaking technology, but also interprets his own unique style works with his full talent. Among them, the COIN SQUASH series are priced at 10 cents and 25 cents respectively. Two different currency values and four editions of antique coins from different periods are used to make a pumpkin flower pendant. (Extended reading: COIN SILVER, the original silver-making raw material for antique Indian silver jewelry )

Chooke’s Coin Squash comes in two sizes:

  • QUARTER DOLLAR SQUASH (W350mm x 110mm) :
Made from Barber Quarters produced from 1892 to 1916 and Standing Liberty Quarters produced from 1916 to 1930.
  • DIME SQUASH (W270mm x H90mm) :
Made from Barber Dime produced from 1892 to 1916 and Mercury Dime produced from 1916 to 1945.

In addition to the touching handwork warmth, the light coin engraving and edge design on the work also reflect the indelible traces of history, as if it is like a stamp that has experienced hundreds of years and is full of antiquity. Di'an silver jewelry.
