WESTRIDE 2020 autumn and winter theme "LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL" final chapter

by May club 05 Nov 2020 0 comments

The design concept of autumn and winter 2020 is the final chapter of the theme "LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL" that continues the previous seasons.

Inspired by the famous song "LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL" composed by Louis Jordan, a well-known American musician from the 1930s to the 1950s, the concept of "carpe diem" that WESTRIDE wants to convey is not only about short-term happiness, but also about achieving life through focused pursuit. The inner satisfaction of the goal is to accumulate all kinds of time and life experiences that make the heart feel fulfilled through the lifestyle of "WORK HARD, PLAY HARD". Work and enjoyment are equally important!

Back in the 1920s and 1930s, working-class black people could only create gospel and blues music that spoke of their dreams and hopes after enduring harsh labor. While working hard, they also did not forget to feel the joy of life. Be practical. Whether it was the post-war economic recovery, the recession in the 1970s, or the return to global leadership after the 1980s, only with this driving force of positive thinking can the United States continue to struggle to this day.

In 2020, we encountered the impact of the global pneumonia epidemic. It is undeniable that many people's work and life have been affected. On the one hand, WEST RIDE hopes that everyone can maintain a positive and optimistic heart like this famous song by Louis Jordan and embark on the journey. Steady every step and usher in a bright future. On the other hand, I also encourage everyone to seize this rare time, go outdoors, and actually interact with and interact with people, so as to reduce technological indifference (laughs)

In recent seasons, WEST RIDE's items have tended towards classic American styles such as WORK WEAR and OUTDOOR WEAR , which fully interpret the central concept of "WORK HARD, PLAY HARD". They are not only comfortable and active, but also incorporate more story-telling and functional design elements. Friends who love WESTRIDE must not miss it!
